No one who gets hurt on the job goes unaided.
No one who can't work because of a disability goes without aid,
it is call Medicaid.
No child with a disease goes without care.
No Hospital in the US can refuse an emergency.
That sounds like we already have Medicare for all, but
wait a minute...
Is perhaps your health your responsibility?
You cannot do bad things and expect good results.
No worries mate, they will fix you up, party hardy man.
I can drink and smoke and pig out, hell
life sucks, its not my fault.
So now lets subsidize bad behavior and
tax the rich guy, it's his fault anyway.
I hope you realize the sarcasm.
I believe in personal responsibility.
